The answer is yes to all of these questions. As an American-led company, we pride ourselves in our superb housekeeping and customer service. When comparing Paris apartment rentals, we are one of the only companies with offices nearby and our own full time employees to take care of you. Most apartment rental companies use contract cleaners and greeters to handle their apartments. They are a cheaper option, but contractors cover dozens of apartments throughout Paris for a variety of companies. When time is money, they don’t have the same incentive to clean and manage an apartment as we do. We speak from experience; we tried them in our early days but soon realized that independent contractors can’t provide the same level of cleaning, response times and ‘tender loving care’ for guests. We made the commitment to invest in our own management team, cleaning staff and greeters nearby. We even hired a full time handyman to make repairs quickly, so guests don’t have to wait for a distant owner’s permission, then a delay then book a plumber to fix something.
Our cleaners ensure that your apartment is spotless when you arrive and our well-trained greeters and managers make your arrival and your stay as pleasant as possible. Besides sending you a 40-page information pack about our Paris apartment rental, the neighborhood, and the city of Paris prior to your arrival, one of our greeters will be at the apartment when you arrive in Paris. He or she will explain how everything works, give Paris site-seeing information, valuable time-and money-saving tips, and answer any questions about the apartment, the neighborhood, and Paris that you might have. Our Paris office is open 7 days a week should you experience any problems or have questions.
